The Nourished Woman journey is a series of 5 live masterclasses designed to keep you on track, simplify your health, and help you feel confident, strong and grounded in your body again.

It’s about learning how to nourish yourself deeply - in real life, with joy, ease and consistency.
The Inspiration Behind the Course
This course is the culmination of over ten years of my work with women. I’ve watched countless women start strong, fall off track, feel guilty, hide and try again - over and over. I’ve seen how stress, busyness and overwhelm have become the norm, and how self-care has turned into another to-do list.
This is my attempt to slow things down.
To bring nourishment back to something simple, seasonal, and sustainable.
It’s inspired by all the incredible women I’ve had the privilege to support - and by my own transition into a new chapter of life. As I move through perimenopause into menopause, I’m simplifying everything: my food, my routines, my expectations. I’m leaning into strength, not striving.
The Nourished Woman is me sharing that shift - and guiding you through yours.

This course is less about learning the theory and all about the practical application of doing what needs to be done !

a weekly group coaching call - to keep you accountable, inspired and on track (Saturdays @ 10am - will be recorded)

a weekly nutrition task - you will receive a weekly email with my recommendation for the week and a brief explanation of WHY I’m asking you to do this. Each weekly challenge is crafted to encourage gradual, stress-free and sustainable improvements to your eating habits. The aim is to ‘crowd out the bad’ and get consistent at including foods that will help you thrive. The recommendations will be the big hitters - the things that will give you the biggest bang for your buck. They will be easy to follow, easy to implement and won't involve sourcing anything from the Amazon jungle

a weekly nutrition video - delivered straight to your inbox these will help you unlock the power of simple, sustainable nutrition. Each bite-sized lesson is packed with practical tips, easy-to-understand science and actionable strategies that will empower you to nourish your body with confidence.
