Who are we

Hey, I’m Mandy

Cofounder of Bon Build, and your no-BS guide to getting strong, lean, and totally in love with your body.

I’ve been in the wellness space for over 30 years, but nothing lit me up like discovering the power of strength training. I brought Bodypump to Jersey back in the day (my first strength love), but it was lifting heavier and coaching women to do the same that really changed everything - for me and them.

I’ve been that cardio queen - fit but frustrated, always chasing a shape that never quite felt right. The second I swapped the treadmill for serious weights? Game. On. I felt stronger, looked leaner, and finally felt at home in my own skin.

Then my healthy, active mum got hit with osteoporosis – and I knew this wasn’t just about looks. Women need to lift. Full stop.

Bon Build is here to help you cut through the confusion, lift with confidence, and fuel your body like the powerhouse it is. This isn’t about eating less - it’s about eating smart, training hard, and finally feeling strong and sexy.

Hey lovely ladies, I’m Laura!

With over 25 years in the fitness world, my journey began like many—endless hours of cardio. But early on, I discovered a true passion for weight training, and it changed everything. For nearly two decades, I’ve had the privilege of working in gyms and coaching incredible women, helping them step confidently into the world of lifting.

There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing my clients go from unsure to unstoppable—watching their technique improve, their confidence grow, and their strength shine through in and out of the gym.

Strength training is still one of the most overlooked tools in women’s fitness, and I’m on a mission to change that. I believe it should be simple, effective, and accessible—no matter your schedule, your experience, or how “clueless” you feel. I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

    fingertips and so they can be done anytime, anywhere to fit around your schedule.

  • Oh my gosh! If we could tell you the number of times we've been asked this question! Even guys struggle to gain muscle with the extra advantage of a tonne more testosterone - our program is designed to get you strong and defined but we promise you will not get bulky or end up looking like Arnie

  • This program is suitable for beginners to strength training; for women who feel completely clueless when it comes to weights;

    OR for ladies who simply lack confidence and want to build a strong foundation under our watchful eyes

The app contains a library of exercise videos demonstrating and talking through the technique,  to guide you through each exercise.
