I’ve had a number of women reach out lately. Doing all the right things. Eating well. Putting in the effort. And still - nothing is shifting.

I looked at my diary and opened up 8 spots.

Enough. The 6 Week Reset.
Somewhere between the tomatoes, olive oil, burrata and dinners to die for… I completely fell in love with the Mediterranean way of eating.

Which is exactly why we’re finishing Nourished Woman with a Mediterranean month this Tuesday.
