What is Beyond the Gut

 

This COUrse acts as the perfect follow-on to my Digestive Wellness Program or as a stand alone course in its own right. 

I believe that a strong and healthy digestive system is the foundation of good health but health doesn't stop there. This course will teach you the next steps and provide you with fresh new building blocks for better health 👣

For those who haven’t gone through my Digestion course, this course offers plenty of ways to support a happy digestive system.

The course is made up of 6 stand alone units - each one a different tool or technique to put in your health toolbox to draw on when needed - either when the body needs a reboot or to use on a more regular basis to bulletproof your body and allow you to function at your best level every damn day 🛠️

Fasting, anti ageing, high fat, plant based, green, supplements AND sleep are all ‘on trend’ topics right now but do you understand how to use them to improve yourself and excel in your own life - and I’m not just talking about slowing down the ageing process!

I’m talking about regenerating yourself from the inside 💫

Rather than simply surviving and getting through life ‘the best’ you can, I’m going to teach you the benefits of challenging your body in a safe way to make you better, stronger and more resilient in the long term. How to mobilise your internal healing mechanisms; your search and destroy teams; and how to burn fat more efficiently. What's Inside the Course

 

⚡Week 1

NOURISH…. become a Green Smoothie Rockstar

In week 1 you will learn how the inclusion of a green smoothie in your daily routine can skyrocket your health and provide some well needed TLC for the body. You will learn about some of nature's most amazing ingredients and how they can benefit and bulletproof your body. We uncover compounds that can make your skin glow, reduce inflammation, recharge energy, boost libido, rebalance hormones and reset your weight.

⚡Week 2

CLEARING OUT… the old to make way for the new

In week 2 I will introduce you to the world of intermittent fasting. I will show you how going hungry at some point each week can bring enormous health benefits to the body - allowing the body the time and space to repair damage and boosting health in ways you'd never imagine 

⚡Week 3

REJUVENATION…. Could sleep be the missing link in your health puzzle

In week 3 I teach you why a good night's sleep starts as soon as you wake up, why cortisol is not the BAD guy all the time and how to encourage and support your natural sleep hormone cycles. We look at creating the perfect sleep environment and foods and supplements which can help improve the quality of your sleep and ultimately your long term health. 

⚡Week 4

ANTI AGEING 

In week 4 I will teach you how to improve your experience of ageing and safeguard your body for the future. You will learn about the accelerated agers and steps to take to reduce their damaging effects. I will teach you about autophagy (a hot and exciting topic in the world of anti ageing), how to protect your telomere length, about the potent power of polyphenols and how to increase the activity of your cellular cleansing cleanup crew. 

⚡Week 5

MINI HEALTH TOOLS

A couple of extra health add ons that bring extra support and energy to the body. I can't tell you about them here because I like them to be a surprise.

⚡Week 6

BRINGING IT ALL TOGETHER ….. The final touches

In week 6 we take a more personalised approach. You have the option of a one to one online session with me to discuss your individual needs and to make a plan incorporating some of your new health tools. 

We take a closer look at supplements and I teach you how to build your own supplement plan to cover all your nutritional bases, support your current health needs and bulletproof your body against disease and ageing

My Promise to You

No one has all the answers. I definitely don't but I have read the books, looked at the science and listened to a million podcasts from the guys at the top of their fields and I have come to the conclusion that there are so many amazing approaches out there - each deserving our time and attention.

But more importantly - at the end of the day it doesn’t matter what anyone else says or how utterly amazing a theory is and EVEN what the science says - what matters is how YOU feel, what puts a sparkle into your eyes, what works for you, what washes the fog from your brain, what makes you think clearer, what makes your skin glow, what makes you feel like you could conquer the world and go all day like a Duracell bunny . And for that to happen we need to learn and see and test and feel.

So I promise to cut through the crap, deliver the topics in an easy -to -understand format, give you the confidence to go out and try, be at the end of my email, keep you accountable and inspire you to live your best life!

I don't advocate any one approach but rather,  I strongly believe in educating yourself, in trying things out, in challenging your own body and in taking your body to new places. 

As I’ve said many times, we were not designed to eat the same food on the same days at the same time for 365 days of the year and there will be times in life where you need to dip into your tool box for some extra help
