I loved this course. The nutrition advice and tasks were easily managable. The strength sessions were a great addition and really enjoyed them. Feeling physically stronger. My arms are no longer shaking when I lift my weights above my head!! When I started the course, I was struggling with lower back pain. This has now largely disappeared which I think might be linked to the strength training as I try to do a mini warm up stretch and strength every morning plus the 2 sessions per week.. Thank you

What I love the most about Mandy’s courses is that they are always done from a non-judgmental point. The knowledge, and flexibility, AND understanding that we are all different is amazing.
