Why I designed this course

I don't believe we were put on this earth to simply survive. 

I believe that most people have no idea JUST how good they COULD feel because we accept that feeling okay is actually okay! Well let me tell you - it is not okay. 

We suppress our energy with too much stress, too little sleep, the wrong foods and continuing to follow out-of-date nutritional recommendations and in the process, fail to harness the full power and potential that the body has to offer 😴 🥴

And because nutritional advice is often confusing and contradictory, we often miss out on the nutritional nuggets that could massively benefit us 🤔

My passion for health extends beyond the gut. I want ALL my clients to experience amazing health and vitality and feel proud of the body they have. And so I designed this course to give them the best tools and information to help them achieve this 💫
