๐๐ FINDING time to breathe ๐๐
Feeling rushed, overwhelmed and stressed seem to have reached epidemic levels in our culture - especially now that we are 'plugged in' for most of the day ๐คณ
But WE FORGET.
WE set up our lives. WE are the drivers and although many of our 'commitments' require attention and are important - we DO have the ability to make things easier for ourselves ๐ช
We just need to take our head out of the sand and have a closer look at our schedule ๐
AND
stop wearing BUSY like a status symbol๐
We also need to give ourselves permission to relax, to play and to have more fun with our lives ๐คฃ (and I'm not just talking about getting hammered on a Friday night!)
